Hey everyone, so I'm currently selling a few things since I'm working on clearing up my room. (Mum's orders)
Looking through my doll stuff I swear I'm shocked at the number of things I bought and then never use.
Dear me. I really do need to correct this impulse buying habit. BJD stuff are NOT CHEAP and my wallet weeps every time I see something pretty on DOA. Haha.

Also for sale is a wig from the amazing Eclipse21 on DOA. She made Cailen's wig, the short one. When I ordered from her, I also made an order for a long wig. Unfortunately, I'm so obsessed with the short one, I doubt I'd be using the long one at all so it's up for sale. Here's the picture of the wig taken by Eclipse21 ---> Picture

He's back!!!

OMG OMG OMG!!!! My doll's head (Cailen) is back! Finally! The post was being a complete ass the last week or so but thankfully he's here now. I was seriously freaking out quite badly when I saw how damaged the parcel was but alas, Olesya is a genius and had stuffed the entire box so full with bubble wrap and duct tape, it was both waterproof and I believe crash proof. 
I guess I forgot to mention that aside from the head, the parcel contained two of the most amazing wigs I've ever seen. Eclipse21 is amazing! Her wigs are so soft!
I feel like I'm stroking a little rabbit that has been to the salon for major conditioning when I run my fingers over the hair. Hope that conveyed my experience well... Haha. So yea, I wanted to get to the phototaking asap.
I grabbed my camera, had my entire "studio" set up for a welcome back shoot when all of a sudden...
"Oh NO! He doesn't have any eyelashes yet!"
So yes, I've been trying to stick some on him for the last hour...
I hate pasting 'em eyelashes.... so tiny..XDD
Waiting for them to dry now so I can get back to spamming my shutter button.
Grrr.... Dry...come on!!!
Hope I get good pictures from today's shoot.

Hihi! So I'm soon to get my handsome souldoll vito lester back after his month long joint to get wigs fitted for him.
If you've noticed, I haven't called him by his given name, Cailen. Well, over the course of the last month, I've been furiously trying to come up with something akin to a character so that I can better explore the personality that comes along with the character in my future shoots. At the end of the day, I'd like to think I succeeded.
Alright, I didn't but I got a few ideas for his new look so ta-dah!
Here I am asking for tips on band-aids for dolls.
One example of something I'm looking for is this faceup done by LightlyBattered of DOA.

If anyone knows how to go about making something like that or if you know of a tutorial, please do let me know!

P.S. RArrr! I can't wait to see my boy in his new wig tomorrow! At least I hope it's tomorrow...Postal schedules are all over the place after Christmas... Can't track anything!
